Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. All prices on our site are listed in Euro, and charged in Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by Paypal, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. 

Applicable Law
We own, control and operate the website from our offices within the Netherlands. Accordingly the laws of the Netherlands govern claims relating to, including the use of the web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside the Netherlands you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Rough Studios and you, the laws of the Netherlands will apply at all times.

Gift Card
Rough Studios Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• No fees are imposed on Rough Studios Gift Cards and they do not expire.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the www.rough-studios.com site, excluding prior purchases and sale items.
• Gift Cards can only be used on the Rough Studios site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
• If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
• If you return an item paid with both another payment method and a gift card, you will be refunded up to the amount of your other payment method and the remaining €50 amount will be refunded as a voucher code.
• Rough Studios is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Rough Studios reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
• Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase with Gift Cards.
• Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Rough Studios Gift Card.

You can redeem the Christmas gift card on the payment page when making your/their next purchase.
Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order. Christmas gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Sale
Items purchased during final sale (70%) can only be returned in exchange for a voucher with the value of the purchased amount.
We do not offer a refund on these final sales. The voucher does not have an expiration date and can only be used in our Rough Studios webshop.

The cushions will come without filling and lavender when in sale.

Items purchased during the 3 for 1 sale may not be returned.
